Privacy and Security on the Self-Serve portion of Site

To ensure the privacy of your information Saint John Energy has established specific processes.

Online Account

When you register, you select your own user ID and password. The only way to access any account information is by entering the valid user ID and your password.

In order to gain online access to your Saint John Energy web portal account, you will need to provide your e-mail address and have access to information that can only be found on your latest Saint John Energy bill. This information includes your full name, your customer number and account number and the amount owing on your latest invoice.

Activation of your online account will require that you complete and submit an online sign up form. It will then send an e-mail to you that contains a link. This link will only be active for 24 hours. If you fail to complete registration within the 24 hours you will need to re-initiate the registration process. The link will take you to a site where it will prompt you to confirm activation. Once this is submitted your account has been activated.

To ensure your privacy, please do not share your password with others.
