By signing or electronically agreeing, you acknowledge that your equalized monthly payment is an estimate distributed over 12 months. If the plan ends for any reason (whether cancelled by you or by Saint John Energy), any outstanding balance will be due immediately, and any overpayment will be applied as a credit to future bills. To cancel, you must provide at least 10 business days’ notice before your next scheduled payment. Your account will be reviewed periodically throughout the year, and monthly amounts may be adjusted if needed. Unless cancelled by either party, the plan will automatically renew each year.
